What is Pilates and what are the benefits?

Pilates is an exercise method that emphasizes balance, posture, strength, and flexibility. Its appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

The health benefits of Pilates include;

Enhanced flexibility, core strength, balanced muscle development, improved posture, and better spinal stability. It aids in injury prevention and rehabilitation, boosts coordination and balance, increases lung capacity, promotes relaxation and stress management. You will learn more as you develop your practise. My Classes

Stamford Bridge Scout Hut; Mondays 11:45am -12.40pm.

Stamford Bridge Village Hall; Wednesdays 6:10pm-7:05pm.

Elvington Village Hall; Wednesdays 12pm-12.55pm & Thursdays 7pm-7.55pm.

Escrick Village Hall; Tuesdays 11am-11.55am.

Classes are £8 pay as you go or £35 for a class pass. The class pass includes 5 classes, which can be taken at any time for any class.

I also offer bespoke classes; 1 to 1’s in your own home, workplace classes, parties etc….
